My first cheese-related media coverage
Ok, this article in the NJ Herald News is really about Bobolink Dairy, but Kari and I were there the day the reporter came and we warranted a mention. The lede makes Jonathan out to be a bit of a misanthrope, but I think that’s more than a little off-base. Anyone who’s met him would have to agree that he’s really quite personable. Other than that, this is quite a nice piece.
Hi Iain,
Nora and I are going up to Bob-o-link Farms tommorrow (Sunday, Labor Day weekend)and I just looked up your site to see whether you were still working there. After reading, obviously, you "retired" from your internship.
Too bad for us.
Last week, we went up to my old haunt of Wyoming, New York, where the dominant culture and industry is dairy farming. We talked about you some and thought you'd fit in there.
Well...we hope your experience clarified your future vocation/occupation somewhat (either cheesemaking yea or nea).
We really enjoyed our couple of visits to Bob-o-link when you were interning there...plus I learned something about the making of cheese.
All the Best, Ben Fraumann
